Every surface inch is sanded and polished by hand to a glowing, satin-smooth finish that brings out the rich, warm textures and natural grain in the wood. The legs of the table are sculptural — carved from solid wood in sprawling, asymmetrical reaches that reference the way a tree moves in nature. The walnut wood used comes from ecologically wholesome areas in the east of Europe and is only made from naturally aged or fallen trees. Our furniture does not require the cutting of healthy or living trees for production. The walnut is usually between 100 and 200 years old, providing depth, strength, and an incredible natural pattern.

Carefully Crafted by Hand

Each slab is air-dried for 6 to 12 months until a moisture content of 10 to 12% is obtained and continues to prevent cracking or warping over time. The table base is made from an actual tree root or stump, charred with fire to achieve deep contrast and texture, and hand-finished with natural oils and wax — totally food- safe and smooth to the touch.

The bench was made to match the table using matching live-edge walnut, highlighting the same gorgeous wood grain and organic lines.
